Paul started serving as a mediator in 1986 and became certified in Maryland in general mediation and family law mediation in the late 1990’s. Paul retired from the full-time practice of law in 1999 and moved to Fort Myers, Florida and was certified for Florida Circuit Civil and Family Mediation in 2000. He has had extensive training and has trained other mediators. Currently Paul is a court appointed mediator in Washington and Frederick Counties in Maryland and will serve nationally or internationally if needed.
His philosophy is “Why pay two attorneys for putting their children through college while they drain your funds for your needs and your children’s needs. Mediation can resolve your legal issues with much less expense.”
